Mist Blaster / Chip Blaster high-pressure wet-vacuum coolant system designed for industrial cleaning and chip-removal applications. The unit is a self-contained system incorporating a large upper control/enclosure cabinet, integrated fluid and vacuum components, pressure gauges, hoses, piping, and a cylindrical filtration or collection vessel.
The equipment is configured to provide high-pressure fluid delivery and vacuum extraction, allowing operators to remove machining chips, debris, and cutting fluids from industrial machinery, work areas, and components. The system includes an integrated Chip Blaster section for high-pressure coolant/cleaning operations and a Mist Blaster enclosure for mist and fluid management.
The visible assembly includes multiple pressure gauges, fluid connections, flexible hoses, an electric motor/pump assembly, control components, and a vertical cylindrical vessel. The unit is mounted on an integrated base/reservoir assembly and is equipped with large flexible ducting for connection to the operating environment.
